You can also change small things, like the shower curtain or smaller decor elements, to keep a neutral bathroom trendy and fresh. Looking for a way to refresh your bathroom look? Here are a few ideas.  This clean, minimalist bathroom by House of Sylphina features mostly white tile (note the different textures and patterns) and a little gold to bring some bling. This bathroom, photographed by Eliot Cohen of Zeitgeist Photography, shows how beautiful and practical well-thought-out storage can be. Focus on unused corners, heights, and areas below eye level.  No wonder, then, that more and more bathrooms are featuring bamboo flooring and furniture, as in this modern master space by Prentiss Balance Wickline Architects.  This bathroom by Bill Fry Construction features a stone block carved by hand into a vessel sink. Note how the outside and the inside look different, which expands the decor possibilities. Don’t forget a little greenery and even smooth river stones! This bathroom by Ashley Campbell Interior Design is an inspiring example of what you can do with the style. Metal frames make showers look window-like, with a touch of rustic and/or industrial feel to them. This shower by Janus Custom Building Products, via Houzz, is a great example.  For example, this contemporary bathroom by Gabor + Allen uses a chevron installation style with a dark grey ceramic tile that looks like slate or dark granite. There’s no need to spend thousands of dollars on fancy tiles if you can get the same look (and a much easier maintenance regimen) for a fraction of the cost. Cool light effects are also entering the bathroom spaces. This bathroom by Phil Kean Design, for example, has well-thought-out mood lighting that can be programmed with different patterns.
